For this project, the data came from Moody’s Economists Commentary. The focus was the contrast between rent growth and speed in central versus non-central business districts, a topic laden with complex data.

We set out to distill this data into a compelling narrative. With a canvas of striking illustrations, we wove a tale of business districts, highlighting the dynamics of rent growth and velocity. The challenge was to make the data accessible without diluting its potency and to have key figures and takeaways leap from the page.
